Unprofessional, rude and ********!!!!!!

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with this company. Order was placed on 3rd December 2024 and not received, when trying to contact the company in January to find out where my order is, we are advised (after many weeks of failed calls and ignored messages) that we will be refunded.. we are then partially refunded and still have not received the outstanding amount owing to us, the finance contact ignores all messages and does not give any updates or comfort to a distressed/frustrated customer. Will be sure to never deal with them again
