This is a ****, They forgot to take of the sticker from where they purchase their items, they get all items from perfectdealz.co.za, I managed to find all my items on the perfectdealz.co.za website and I was shocked at what they paid for the items vs what I paid for the large box. Please don't waste your time, I have requested for a refund, eventually got a response after several emails and days later that my return will be logged and money will reflect after 5-7 working days, I have waited 10 working days now following up regularly but no response. I have emails and pictures to proof this.
