Disgusted beyond words!

Terrible experience at the Whales Way Resort! The host's arrogance and ****** was staggering, and their complete lack of consideration made us feel unwelcome. Why ask us what time we want breakfast and provide 10:00 as an option but when you get to breakfast at that time, they tell you that you are late for breakfast and that you should have checked out and left your room already so that they can get ready for the next set of visitors who paid, as if we didn't pay. A few minutes late for breakfast shouldn't have been met with such disdain. Unprofessional and rude handling of the situation. Wouldn't recommend. 1/5 stars"
