REFUSING TO REIMBURSE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

On 5th Jan ,made an enquiry for weekend stay at above complex ,Chane responded positively as there was a unit available that suits our requirements, on the 19 Jan I decided that we needed an extra unit , she had space to accommodate us , but wanted to bill these apartments separately. admin fee of R350 per unit ,Refundable deposit per unit .we did not mind and went ahead with a booking and come Easter weekend we arrived at the place, I wont dwell much with details of what we encountered during our stay ,all I can say is I will never recommend anyone I know to go to that place , Now this lady deliberately refuses to refund the deposit of the other unit because glasses got broken ,and apartment was dirty . She called us filthy ,Before our departure someone came to remind us about checkout ,we told her we were tiding up, then we will go , she told us to leave the place as they clean it themselves . R12 200 we paid for 2 nights stay ,the treatment we got was the least we expected , linen never changed for the entire weekend, we cleaned ourselves daily, glasses that broke ,did not fall ,they broke from luke warm water. no conditions of hire we signed there , we were disrespected .
