Worst Service. Do not use them

Worst service and no response. I made multiple calls in January and never got an answer or a call back. Went to their branch in Morningside twice to inquire and I was told to whatsapp. I did on 31 January and did not get any response until 7 April. No apology for the non responsiveness.
