On the 29-09-2017 we were group of 10 traveling to herm**** for weekend away we've arranged everything with the agent MASETI INTERNATIONAL we paid him everything did have anyproblems now I received another email that says I need to pay 2050 they explain that the 550 is for cleaning thn 1500 is refundable today its 15days never received anything thing from thm when ever im contacting them they said I must talk to the agent then I told them I did not deposit the money to the agent I deposited the money to your account and in their contract its stated that if the are any breakage or losses they wil deduct from that money and lucky for us we had our own glasses there were no losses and we went extra mile and wast the towels due to make-up though we dd pay that 550 for cleaning they don't answer any smses or calls I make they said I must deal with my agent my thing is this I dd deal with the agent and pay the agent separately and I pay them separately now they say I must pay money for laundry which was never stated in their contract I only knw about 550 of cleaning and I believe laundry is part of cleaning or else they must write in their contract guest must bring their bedding cz it seems to b the problem....
