A joke of a cinima

The sound quality is terrible. When you go to the movies to watch a movie you want to be blown away by the experience..............

Everybody was complaining about the sound quality. When we complained we were told the volume is set correctly??????????

How can the volume possibly be set correctly if everyone is complaining? If you refuse to listen to your patrons you will start to loose business.

At some points during the movie you could not hear what the actors were saying.

Bottom line listen to your patrons and turn the treble up and give the Bass a bit of a increase......

Honestly you can get better sound quality from your TV at home........... without a soundbar or any home theater system.

Picture quality 100% Sound quality 30% at best.

How the heck can a manager and staff basically tell the patron to go get F%^ked because the volume is 'correct' if everyone is complaining it is absurd..............
