Bad customer service

<p>I would like to express my dissatisfaction with regarding the booking that I have made with Monica (Whale Away Guest House)<br /> I have been interrogated with regarding my bookings that I have made due to Monica from Whale away guest lodge unable to send the mails to my mailbox(Asking the company I work for, the switchboard numbers, why is the mail address different and department I work for, of which I feel that this has got nothing to do with my company because I have booked the place for personal use (Our Company has just been outsorced and that is the reason for my mail address to change) and I feel that if there was a problem or suspicion with my bookings they should have verified the information with Groupon</p> <p>My question is that are all the guests to this lodge being interrogated like this or is it because I am a black person(always a suspect) and I wanna take this to Hellopeter to express my dissatisfaction</p> <p>Thanks</p>
