BAD SERVICE

The supplier provided a quote on aluminium windows and sliding doors, which were accepted and a deposit paid in February. Arrangements were made to fit in April. The supplier never pitched up for a meeting to do measurements and make sure it is correct. Secondly he did not send somebody later. to do it as promised. Several times the arranged times for installation were ignored or postponed unilaterally. When eventually after several weeks the contractor arrived all measurements were wrong. Several weeks later they arrived again with only part of the product. After numerous promises I arranged to pick up the rest and install it myself. Arriving the product was not finished as promised and now the quote also changed. Needless to say I cancelled the rest of the order as I also learned this happens with other customers.
