appalling unprofessionalism

Do NOT use this guy. I am a landscaping contractor. Wahieb underquoted for a construction job for me and when he realized he couldn't finish without a loss, left with his deposit. I have to complete this contract out of my pocket now with serious damage to my reputation and many serious knock on effects with my client and other clients who's work is now delayed.
