Worst. Bus. Service!! Do not use them! Stay FAR away!!

Worst bus service I've ever come across.

I booked a bus with them through Computicket from JHB to CT and the trip was just... wow!

1. The bus was scheduled to leave at 18h00. At 18h20, an announcement was made about the bus being 40mins late due to swopping out for a bigger bus in PTA. 2. The bus arrived sometime around 19h45 and wasn't allowed into Park Station so we had to walk with all our bags & goodies OUTSIDE Park Station to an unmarked bus parked on a ***** corner. 3. After the bags were loaded in the undercarriage, we stood, waiting for another ±30mins (in the freezing winter night, on a ***** corner in JHB CBD) for seemingly no reason. 4. Women with children boarded first towards the front of the bus (that's not the complaint...). We quickly realised the seating order was likely intentional cos the roof hatch is faulty and does not close fully. Those of us in the middle and towards the back of the bus spent 22.5hrs being blasted with freezing cold air. 5. The bus finally departed at 21h15 (3hrs behind schedule) and stopped at an Engen less than 5km away from Park Station. We assumed it was for diesel reasons but nope, it was just another seemingly unnecessary stop cos nothing was happening. (This happened the whole way. What should've been an 18hr trip, as advertised, ended up being 22.5hrs cos the bus drivers kept stopping in the middle of nowhere for absolutely no reason. They'd pass garages and rest stops just to park on the side of the road few mins later) 6. The bus driver picked up additional passengers at another Engen (±30mins outside Park Station). There weren't empty seats so 3 of the passengers sat (& slept) in the aisle. 7. The bus had no heating, no charging ports and was definitely not suitable for a long-distance trip (it should be used for short, local trips, not 1600+km across several provinces)

Absolute worst trip I've ever encountered.

They're usually the least expensive on computicket but for the love of humanity, if you can afford that extra R20-30, please choose a different bus line.
