Wezwe Bus Stuck in Beaufort West since 2am

I booked my sister a bus yesterday and she’s still stuck in Beaufort west,and the bus supposed to have arrived by 10am in Johannesburg,the bus driver does not know what’s going on,people are hungry there are no shops in the middle of nowhere,how are you guys so comfortable with not sending another bus to get people to Johannesburg,how are you comfortable with risking people’s safety,your office line is forever busy and calls are not going through….Someone give us feedback please….We are worried sick about our families!Im so livid people have been stuck since 2am till this time and nothing has been done?who is the CEO of this company?are you guys running a tuck shop ?
