The bus service is running a ****

Reason i am giving this bus service a 1 is because 0 is not there. I booked tickets to return, via Shoprite and Computicket. When it was time to return i was told the bus does not exist and has never been at the location since december 2021. We then booked a different bus and when we called then they said they are looking for a bus for us to use which later they responded we could not find. when i asked for my refund was told the owner of the bus is out of the country then later on told they do not have money they are still waiting to make sales. Until today they have not responded or updates us on our refund. Computicket is processing out refund as we brought the ticket though them. The bus has also been taken out of Computicket
