Terrible service

I bought a bus ticket Wesizwe coaches from Bellville to Johannesburg it was supposed to arrive at 14:00 yesterday but it arrived at 17:00 the bus the got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 20:00 we had to wait for another bus which arrived at 00:30 they switched the previous busses number plate to the new bus the bus then kept on stucking so now it's been stuck from 11:00 we are now at Bloemfontein in the middle of nowhere the battery of the bus is not working the bus shouldnt be on the road I feel unsafe
