Run away from this Bus

I will give them a negative zero if there was an option. My bust was supposed to leave 15:20 at Cape Town but ended up leaving 20:45 at night. There was no prior notification about the time change. Waited at the station in cape town for over 5 hours waiting for this bus. The buses for this company has 14 other names. The bus itself is not branded and the seats are small and stiff. The drivers are Vendas and Zimbabwens. Their office in Cape Town is Vectori street. I lost my sister April 27 and April 29 I hoarded this bus. I asked the driver for a sit where I can sleep. He removed me from two places and told me those seats were reserved for drivers to sleep. I told him I haven't slept in 3 days so I need a sit where I can rest. He told he didn't care. He gave me the first sit in the bus. That was one unsafe and uncomfortable seat. Small, without armrest and the safety belt not working. The bus didn't stop at petrol stations. It stoped in the middle of nowhere and made people releave themselves in the bushes. The bus had an accident somewhere 350 km away from Jhb I had to take my bags and continue on hike because the undertaker to collect my sister from Thembisa Hospital to Mpumalanga has been waiting for me since morning. Never take this bus. Never ever take this bus if you love yourself. Don't say I didn't warn you.
