Pathetic service from WEZWE (PALUKA) COACHES

Oh my gosh... What a pathetic experience. I've booked a return ticket with Wezwe coaches for my friend through the JustGo agency. (Johannesburg Park Station to Shell garage Denneburg Paarl and back)

1. On the day of departure (13 April 2022) the bus was suppose to depart at 15:00. They departed at 17:00.

2. The so called Wezwe coach ran out of diesel on the way down there.

3. The day when my friend was suppose to return (20 April 2022)... The ticket was booked for 15:00. We've received an sms from them that the bus will be 2 hours late. Still my friend arrived at the designated pick up point at 14:15. At 20:00 that night there were still NO sign of a pathetic WEZWE coach.

4. Now after one hell of a issue to get hold of one of the so called professionals, no one can provide any reasons or do it the proper way by refunding me. I've been spoken to them via Whatsapp... Called a guy with the name Fany (Hilarious name though) The so called mr Maphosa ain't responding to any phone call or message and the landline is always busy. How convenient. I've also send them a email with NO success.

Looks like the only things they can do properly is *****ing money and kill people on the road.
