Nightmares in busses

Why are you treating us like sardines after paying full fair. I’m in your bus it ran out of gas after leaving me at a garage in Worcester. I chased the bus in an Uber only to find it stuck with no diesel. We waited 3 hours for your office to gas the bus. In Richmond the bus was filled with passengers from your other buses that caught fire. For 8 hours we the passengers have been at war with each other… the children are ****ing in the floor because the bus is not stopping….. Thank you for a clean bus for the beginning of a nightmare
