F F Gertse Review. Poor service and unprofessional staff

The bus was scheduled to leave at 1pm from Cape Town to JHB on 29/09/2023. I am writing this review at 1:35pm and it has not yet left. The bus also arrived late and when it arrrived, the drivers just told us to wait. I asked for a refund (after more than an hour of waiting) and a lady who works at the office (no name tag - none of the staff have name tags) simply denied me a refund and told me to wait for the bus. She called someone who said that the bus is 3 minutes away. 45 minutes later, the bus was there, but passengers still standing in the queue waiting to board the bus. The ladies at the office are rude and nonchalant about customer concerns. In the end, I was told they only process refunds on Thursdays as they only receive customer funds from ticket sales on Wednesdays.
