Disappointed Customer

That Company bus is a ****, I booked a ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town,the date was the 3rd of October 2024 and the bus was supposed to leave Johannesburg by the 4th October, during the day I got a call from the lady who didn’t even say her name,she told me that the bus is cancelled with no any reason,when I asked about the refund she said because I booked online I have to do the refund online as well,online there is no option to do the refund,the I Called Quickbus service that was the said I used to book my ticket,then they told me to call the bus directly for my refund, I’ve been calling the bus on this number ***, this guy is very rude and he doesn’t give me any way forward,he doesn’t even want to mention his name, they do not have Offices, I asked someone at bus station who said they working together with the Company called iLulaBus even them they no where to be found,their lines are not going through even the email address doesn’t work, people I am begging you please let’s not book that bus, they are cruks ****mers
