Bad service

Giving them a 1 is because there is no zero rating, they are beyond bad service. They have no humanity at all, zero customer service and a certain guy called Romeo Chivinge was the worst to deal with. It took him over 48 hours for him to get back to me ref a cancellation of tickets & refund. His response after 48 hours was "we change our terms & conditions, we no-longer do refunds" this is contrary to information on their tickets (Ts&Cs).
