Weylandts - Poor Service

I have gone on line several times now to order a metal leg for my Modena couch. Code: VAR_5338. I have called in and been left holding. No one answers. All I would like to do is to order and pay for an additional leg as the current one has always been skew and I would like a straight leg now. Too much to expect or ask?
