WEYLANDTS! Disgusting customer service and assistance!

POOR communication and service:

We recently bought a very expensive outdoor table from Weylandts, Ballito. We were doing renovations to our outdoor deck and needed to move the table so that the decking could be fixed. 4 men assisted in moving the table, 1 at each corner, the table broke right down the middle, in half. After NUMEROUS attempts to speak to someone at weylandts, sending in a pic. We have been told its not a manufacturing fault, we moved the table incorrectly.

WHO knew there was a very specific way of moving an outdoor table and NO ONE previously informed us of the guideline to move the table. On top of that, this decision was decided upon after not one person has been out to see the table or bother to call.

THIS IS DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
