Weylandts damaged items

We were always huge fans of Weylandts because you were guaranteed quality. We made use of the 50% sale in lockdown and to our great disappointed 4 out of 6 items were damaged (dents and s**** marks and loose pop-revit). After great difficulty and mixed messages from Weylandts, we were able to return the items for store credit, however, loosing our 50% sale. We bought two new items which again were damaged when they arrived. What an unpleasant and highly disappointing experience. We will for sure not recommend Weylandts from here on out. The most frustrating part is that they not once apologized or acknowledged their fault in this.
