Weylandts Cape Town... TERRIBLE !!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE.. never again.... will I purchase anything from this arrogant organization.. I have bought over R 100 000 over the years from the CT shop... I merely asked a question about a very expensive chair (1 of 8) that failed.. 4 weeks.. NO RESPONSE.. this is after a person called Shan emailed me to say they have received me email and that was that.. I wasnt looking for anything more that advice on repairing... Enough is enough that these expensive retail stores think they can do as they wish. Bad or rather, NO service, and we need to just accept this.. BULL $&!T.. time this stops and they look after their customers. Chris, to you and your so called team.. im disgusted in your terrible, over priced, no service orientated organization.. Watch this space..... STUFF YOU !!!
