The Ts and Cs for exhanging are ridiculous

Make sure to measure your place before purchasing at Weylandts. Great furniture, but the Ts and Cs to exchange are ridiculous. They're there to make the bucks and have no care for the customers. Bought a beautiful bed at R21364 (incl delivery fee), my only blunder is that I chose extra length and only realised after installation that it takes a lot more space than I intended. So now I was expected to pay R9438 for handling fee plus collection and delivery. Which means I'd have now paid R30 803 for downsizing.
