Shocking Customer Service Sandton City Branch Manager

Weylandts Bought a carpet from your Sandton store on Thursday 19/12. Got it home and had it on the lounge floor for a day. Then noticed that it was unraveling. Returned it back to the Sandton store today 22/12 only to have the manager phone me to say that I retuned a ripped product with a urine stain on it! Are you joking!! And then on the phone the manager tells me to be honest with her!!

Yes lady like I get a thrill on driving all the way to your Sandton store to purchase a R3470 carpet to take it home to **** on it and rip the back of it and then return it to your store in such condition because I get a kick out of doing that. Absolutely pathetic!! And then you have the audacity to say that I am lying. I WILL NEVER be purchasing another product from Weylandts. And I will be spreading the news on how PATHETIC and RUDE your Sandton Branch Manger is so that everyone else will have second thoughts on buying there. I may be many things but a **** I am not!!
