Horrible Service & Customer Support

After ordering online a dining table on the 13th of June, I received an email that the order was received on their side. I gave enough time for delivery of the table as they stated 4 - 4 business days. After following up twice, I was informed the table is no longer available as they had a system glitch and never received the order on their side. I requested the same table in another colour, as that was all that was left, and received a response that they cannot take floor stock if an item was on sale, and they can only refund me or provide me with other "ba*****t bargains" - for a mistake on their side. Pure arrogance. I would advise anyone to avoid this company.
