Great customer service

I am going to concentrate on the positive. I recently purchased an expensive sideboard - expensive for me anyway - from Weylandts in Green Point, CT. The quality of the delivered item was not great. I contacted Patrick the store manager - whose rare commitment and great attitude deserves a mention - and he did the following immediately - a. arranged to have another delivered, b. on receipt of the second unit, which was also defective, arranged for technicians to come out immediately to try and fix the doors, c. then arranged for a private viewing at the warehouse so I could pick a unit I was happy with (they couldn't fix the doors), and d. once I had decided that none of them were suitable, agreed to refund me in full without hesitation.
