Expensive furniture arrives damaged and broken

I ordered furniture from this store at the beginning of April and paid in full. Firstly I had to chase them asking when my furniture was going to be delivered. Finally someone gets back to me and I get told the last console table is the one on the floor but they assure me its in good condition, the mirror ordered also apparently in great condition. The table arrives, I thought it was a April fools joke the entire table is scratched, the mirror pieces are broken, there are even wooden pieces that have no paint on them. I phone the store, they tell me they going to come back to me --no feedback. I phone again I get told they going to replace the mirror and the glass, when I don't know. I ask to speak to the store Manger, Justine everytime I phone she is conveniently busy. The point is I am always phoning this store and I get no feedback. It's a month later I have paid the money and have broken and scratched furniture to show for it. Every single person who walks into my home I show them the wonderful state of my furniture. So in summary if you want broken or scratched furniture, bad service and no feedback call Weylandts. I'm not even expecting a call after this!
