Expected to pay 50% extra for exchange rate change

I ordered a Bold Sofa frame in February at R13995 telling Andre that I only needed it in March when my home was completed. I offered a deposit and I was told it was not required, they had stock and would hold it till March. The sales order was sent to me as confirmation stating \lead time March 2016\". Again, payment was not requested nor any other communication received. Upon letting Andre know that I now require delivery and want to arrange delivery and payment, he told me that due to the exchange rate the product was now R20995 and I am expected to make this payment. Upon protesting based on the above information I have been told that the fine print indicates states that the sales order is only for 14 days (not on the sales order) and I should have paid immediately and so forth. They (Andre and Ashley) insist on the payment of R20 995, point to the fine print, deny knowing of any possible price changes and are laying the blame at my feet with absolutely no accountability on their side, no customer service, and no intention to honour their verbal agreement nor sales quote to me. I am absolutely furious, disappointed and shocked. Will not be purchasing there now nor in future"
