Bad service, defective products...just disappointing!

I am so disappointed at the merchandise and the services we received from Weylandts store in Green Point, Cape Town recently. Their products are exquisite but beyond that, there is nothing good to share. I ignored my every instinct and bought a couch. To be honest, I was desperate for the comfort that couch would afford me, but I truly regret this decision. Not only did our so-called Sale's Consultant, Gemma Santovito show no interest, but her she had non-existent customer service s****s. She was nonchalant with no knowledge of the merchandise, including the specs of the couch she sold us. I ignored all of this and bought the couch. It turns out that the couch was defective. We asked for a replacement, which was delivered. It also turned out to have the same defect. We have since requested for a refund.

I will never waste my time with this store or its faux pas service, again!
