After-service care not acceptable!

Terrible after-care service! Do not buy jute rugs from Weylandts! At no point was I warned that my blue rug would totally fade and turn a yellow colour! Despite being a loyal customer for years, Weylandts customer service refused to take responsibility for my faded rug. Super disgusted and won't be shopping there again!
