Wex1 poor management

Just got ********** by Wex1 because of their poor administration. Patrick and Richard ignored my communication with them regarding a booking change until I arrived and then now it is my problem.

On top of that, the toilet had **** and wee on arrival... There was no coffee or tea as usual. The kitchen was missing a few key cutlery items too.

The place is also starting to look run down a bit as well.

Management ineffectiveness and shortsight can ruin a good business.
