Possibly the worst **** accomodation in Cape Town

The accomodation was unattractive and the bed and headboard was clearly dirty. The cupboards in the main bedroom was broken. The windows were dirty and some lights were flickering. After trying to deal with the agent, he (Oscar) became agitated when we highlighted our frustrations. He dropped the phone down in our ears. The property was unwilling to give us a refund with a reasonable cancellation fee. This was well within our rights as consumers or consumers according to the Consumer Protection Act. The place was not up to standard and the agent of the property was unwilling to assist. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had to date. DON'T EVER book this place. You will be disappointed!
