Pathetic service and unhygienic apartment

Pathetic service from agent and terrible, unhygienic apartment. I booked apartment 809 for 6 nights only to find that the pictures advertised does not match the apartment. The apartment was not in a good condition and very unhygienic. There was hair inside the kitchen sink,the stove was cracked/damaged,the microwave plate was cracked, hardly any cutlery or plates,glasses were oily,the mirrors still had fingerprints on it. The agent Richard would not contact us back after several attempts and eventually blocked the number therefore I had to spend several hours on the phone with booking.com to try and get a refund and had to find alternative accomodation without even getting a refund as yet. I want my money back and I won't stop until I get it as this is unacceptable! Richard is a ***** and I would not recommend booking this apartment.
