Pathetic service.

Good day. So my husband books us in at the 1 of the wex 1 appartments.weve been here before and the stay and service was great! Only to be back a second time and be disappointed. Upon arrival, only towels are dropped. No sugar, coffee nothing and with our first experience this was sorted even before we checked in!

Anyway, we end up doing enquiries and nobody is able to assist. It' turns out to be that wex 1 apartments are under different management. No staff member had a contact number of this management. Nothing. How ridiculous. We checked in at about 18:20 requested coffee and tea, it's 1:13 in the morning and we still didn't receive anything. The toilet seat os broken and the toilet makes a flushing sound like ever 2 minutes!

We are highly disappointed.its pathetic to offer such poor service.
