Absolutely appalling. We book 3 apartments to share for 6 people. 1 Superior, one with a balcony, one with a Mountain View. No. 609, 729, 633 1. The rooms were the same size. 2. The rooms were suitable for 1 person. 3. No mountain view, just dirty surroundings 4. No balcony 5. The room was not a separate 1 bedroom. 6. One of the rooms smelt like cigarettes. And not fresh at all. 7. They could not help when we called.

These people should be deported.
