Unprofessional Service and Repeated Delays – Avoid!

I asked Nhlanhla to make a dress for me in June 2023 for a conference in October 2023. Despite giving him more than enough time, I arrived on the scheduled collection day only to wait over six hours for the dress to be completed.

To make matters worse, the dress tore on the day of the conference, forcing me to return it for repairs. I only got it back a year later, and even then, the lace-up tie was missing. I have been chasing him for the past six months to return it, with no success.

This wasn’t my first bad experience—it was my third. Every time, my orders were never completed on time. I gave him multiple chances, but the service has consistently been unprofessional and unreliable. I cannot recommend him.
