Wetton Family Health Centre incompetence

My experience with Wetton Family Health centre was disappointing. I had an appointment for 10am and I was seen to at 11:30. And I walked out at 12.

It was a complete waste of my time. I had an appointment for cleaning and consultation. Although, the cleaning I received was inadequate and I was left feeling like I never got a cleaning and bleeding gums. This was done by Shakirah Isaacs.

As for my consultation, the Oral hygienist, Shakirah Isaacs, completed my x-Ray and told me to wait for the dentist, Quaasim Abduraouf. I waited an additional 15 minutes while he was having a personal conversation on the phone. I overheard this.

Once he ended his call: we had the so called ‘consultation’, which was that he spoke to me for 1 minute, just telling me if I want to get my wisdom teeth removed in the future then I can. That’s all I got from him and he told me I’m finished.

Overall I wasted 2 hours at the dentist, just to come back feeling as ever I never went to the dentist.
