If you were wondering what the epitome of incompetency was, search for WeTravel Holidays and you will find it! Honestly this has been the worst travel agency I had to deal with. I was planning to go to the Durban July 2023 and made my first payment in March 2023, only for them to cancel the trip days prior saying that they have decided not to continue with the trip. Mind you, nobody prepares to go to the Durban July days before (there needs to be an outfit, clothes, hair and nails).
I am still waiting for my refund even today. The business is poorly managed as my messages get ignored when I enquire about my refund. I constantly need to remind them to respond to my text. Eventually when they do decide to respond, they keep referring me to their refund department as if its two different entities instead of forwarding my concerns to the other department.
The icing on the cake has to be them uploading statuses and new images on Instagram and WhatsApp like nothing just happened while my texts are unread. Don't bother booking with them.
