Non payment of refund

Worst people to book your vication with. Our trip to Namibia was cancelled in June a week before we have to travel after weeks of calling Tiisetso for the plane tickes and our booking. Then we asked for our refund since he is the one who cancelled and he told us the refund takes 90days. The 90days has passed he is answering our calls the last time he send us a government purchasing order stating that he will pay us after they have paid.
