Worst Experience ever shame

you guys do not even deserve a star, my installation was done on the 05-09-26 .from day one i had issues with this system, first the battery installed was faulty , then a tech came to replace it. by date now i have spend twice on electricity purchases, i have been in comms with Rochenda and the Engineer but nothing has changed, i logged tickets over tickets. at this point i wish i went with the other company for my solar . as Wetility is the worse i really regret ever joining you guys!!!!!
