Working with Andrew at Wetility

Working under Andrew at Wetility is basically like being trained by a solar-powered Yoda minus the small size, plus a lot more coffee.

The man runs PD&I like a perfectly installed inverter: Zero downtime Maximum output And somehow still smiling while the rest of us are buffering

Andrew’s leadership style? A perfect blend of: “Let’s solve it” “Why is this cable here?” “Who touched the engineering spreadsheet?” And my personal favourite: “Rikus, just trust the data.”

Under him you learn fast mostly because you don’t want to explain for the third time why the site visit photos look like a potato took them.

But honestly, Andrew is the guy you want in your corner. He’s sharp, calm, insanely knowledgeable, and makes even the craziest project feel like it’s absolutely doable (…after only 3 more iterations).

Working under him has levelled me up more than any online course ever could. He takes pressure and turns it into performance. He takes chaos and turns it into a rollout plan. He takes Wetility’s ideas and turns them into actual reality — neat, tidy, and somehow on deadline.

If Wetility had a “Best Boss” award, I’d nominate him twice just to make sure the system doesn’t fai*****.

Highly recommend Andrew. 10/10. Would work under him again. Even on a Monday.
