Wetility not so good
Hi I had a.system installed by Wetility in December 2025. The installation was ok no specific hiccups, except for a cornice cut so skew it is laughable. But I can accept this was not on purpose 🤣I hope. Then the seasonal storm came and we had a rather rough few electric storms in Kempton Park. Needless to say as Murphy would have it the solar system was hit and 2 batteries died.
This is where the service by Wetility was questionable anyway 2 weeks they collected only one battery and month later the system is not working optimally and we wait for Wetilty to do something.
We arw not asking for miracles maybe just a courtesy call to let us know if and when they will come and collect their damaged equipment and replace.
