Wetility Nightmare

Their solar systems might be decent, but their installation is a total disaster. It's painfully obvious they lack the skill and expertise needed-my setup was done so sloppily, the DB board was a complete mess. I've contacted them countless times about it, and their after-sales service is non-existent. If they even bother replying, it's after two days, and you can hear the shrugs through the phone-they just don't care. Dealing with Wetility is beyond frustrating; it's a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and go with anyone else!
