Wetility is a no go!
After installation service is the worst! Since the beginning of March 2024 I have had issues with the Inverter system tripping my power. Wetility has sent numerous technicians, apprentances etc to my house to solve issues. The same issues occur until this day 22 March 2024
Our freezer in our house has not been working for several days, Wetility promised to refund the value of the food. This has still not been honoured.
I am fed up and I do not know what else to do.
Send Qualified electricians immediately or come and remove this flawed system of yours!
I hereby warn every single person who wants to get a Wetility Pace system to rather NOT do it.

27 Mar 2024, 16:26I would like to amend this review with the following update:
Wetility did send a team out the same dat to inspect and establish why my power keeps tripping. The fault was established to be the lights of the property. It was also noted by Wetility that the cabling in the ceiling is not up to standards (Done 10+ years ago by someone)
Wetility recently also refunded my R3000 for food damage due to no electricity.
I must mention the following:
From the beginning The whole experience with Wetility did not go as smooth as it couldve gone. The initial installation of the system didnt only take 2 days as they schedule. there were many “growing pains” incidents where I had to call them to come out to check. The Positive thing about this is that they do despatch a technician immediately every time I phoned them.
The negative is that they do not send out someone who is experienced enough. This could explain the several comebacks. If they had supervisors right from the start I am sure it wouldve been smoother.
All and all Wetility is affordable and their system is of high quality. Just a few snags re Experienced technicians.
