Top-tier customer care and professional installation! Wetility provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Kabelo was patient, thorough, and stayed hands-on before, during, and after our installation. When a minor issue arose during scheduling, Lucinda went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we felt valued as clients. Both Kabelo and Lucinda are friendly, helpful, and clear communicators who resolve queries promptly. The installation team was professional and respectful of our home, and Dennis did a fantastic job explaining the entire system to us afterward with patience and kindness. We couldn't be happier with the service we received! We would highly recommend.
