Really Wetility!!!

I am a Wetility customer and I had reason to resort to HelloPeter last year when I was unhappy, becuase no one at Wetility would take accountability for my dissatisfaction. Once I had posted it on this forum Wetility went out of its way to help me. So I referred a few new customers andl ow and behold they are now writing to tell me that they are regretting there decisions, and it is simply because this company cannot commuicate with its customers. The experience is that it is ok to make promises that they know they cant keep, for expediency and not for customer satisfaction. Come onenoe Wetility, you can do better than this and I expect nothing less especially since it is now my name that you are bringing into disrepute..
