Neglecting to take care.

I am very happy with the solar however Wetility came and installed our solar in our outside room, which no one uses but us as a semi storage room. The toilet is not working properly and the tap too our outside room toilet was closed due to it being a.leaking tiolet. The pple used said toilet and never closed the toilet tap. This resulted in our water bill going from R800 to a staggering R3000. We never go in there as it is storage and never used. I send an email stating this with proof of how this has affected us. We are only 3 pple in the house and we don't have a pool. To say the least I am not happy.
