I can't say that there is any feed back on their services I'm struggling with power since the beginning of the year my solar can't even supply power for 24 hours when they installed my solar they said I would never struggled now my generator must do the work sow no I'm not saving anything because petrol is expensive didn't sigh up for so many problems then I could've stayed with Eskom if this problem is not been solved they can come and take there system

25 Mar 2026, 19:18I spoke to so many people at wetility and they said before the end of the day we will come back to you since now no response I'm really sick of them I must put my deep freezers of at night and in the morning I have no power I got a big system for me it's not accepted I'm gonna take this further I pay for for petrol on my generator I could've stay at Eskom because now I must pay for solar that doesn't last
